About Monika Thakkar
Coach, Healer and Finance Expert
Monika Thakkar’s path to wellness began in an unexpected place: the structured, high-stakes world of Chartered Accountancy. In the midst of a demanding corporate career, she found her anchor in the ancient practices of yoga and breathwork.
Having experienced firsthand how a single breath can shift a perspective and how sound can heal parts of the self that words cannot reach, she founded Pravaha. The initiative was born out of her deep desire to share this personal transformation with others.
Monika does more than teach workshops; she holds space for growth. Whether guiding a physical flow, leading reflective journaling sessions, or facilitating immersive sound baths, her goal remains the same: to guide individuals toward their own deep relaxation and inner strength. Through her work, she invites everyone to rediscover their flow, together.
