About Monika Thakkar
Wellness Coach and Finance Expert
I’m Monika Thakkar, and my path to wellness began in an unexpected place: the structured world of a CA. In the midst of a demanding corporate career, I found my anchor in the ancient practices of yoga and breathwork.
I experienced firsthand how a single breath can shift your perspective and how sound can heal parts of us that words cannot reach. "Pravaha" was born out of my desire to share this transformation.
I don't just teach workshops; I hold space. Whether we are moving through a flow, journaling our thoughts, or immersed in a sound bath, my goal is to guide you toward your own deep relaxation and inner strength. Let’s rediscover your flow, together.
