The Pravaha Method: A 360° Flow


To achieve true flow, we must address the three layers of our existence:
 

  • The Body (Yoga): We begin by releasing physical stagnant energy, using movement to open up the channels of the body.

  • The Soul (Sound Healing): We use the vibration of sound to bypass the thinking mind, allowing for deep cellular relaxation and spiritual alignment.

  • The Mind (Creative Art Journaling): We capture the "flow" on paper. This isn't about being an artist; it’s about giving your inner thoughts a visible, creative outlet.
